This phenomenal, aerodynamic teardrop-style trailer has a retractable aluminum roof that's perfect for easy, lightweight towing and garage storage. Yeah, it fits effortlessly in a standard garage car space, and can even be fully opened and used there. Plus, its equipped with a remote-controlled trailer maneuvering system, meaning no more awkward backing into spots.

With a focus on practicality, the Alto R1723 is equipped with all the essential features you need for a comfortable trip. From the spacious interior layout to the well-designed kitchen and bathroom facilities, every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to enhance your camping experience.

This Canadian-built gem weighs approx. 1,986 lbs (GVWR ~2,700 lbs), meaning it can be towed by most compact cars or small SUVs. Electric roof extends to provide 82" of interior headroom, creating a spacious, light-filled cabin with panoramic windows. Comfortably sleeps 2-4 people: Rear 60" x 76" queen bed; front 36" x 81" single bed/dinette conversion. Full kitchenette, dining area, and wet bath with full shower and toilet.

Stored in our garage when not used (second owner), it's all set for boondocking or hooked-up camping. Clean title, no liens.

- 4.3 cu ft Novakool Refrigerator (12V Compressor Model RFU4300): Efficient DC-powered fridge replaces the standard 3.1 cu ft LPG/120V model; great for solar/boondocking as it runs off battery without propane.

- Dual Propane Tanks with Auto-Switch Over. Flame King (KT12ACR-2) automatic changeover regulator/valve system, switches seamlessly without interrupting gas flow.

Condition and Disclosures:

This trailer is in phenomenal mechanical and structural condition, with all systems functioning exactly as expected. Meticulously cleaned and waxed; kept in our garage. Currently winterized; tested all mechanisms, appliances, plumbing and electrical prior to winter. Tires have good tread. Interior is very clean. Non-smoking, odor-free. Normal wear for age; in excellent shape.

Theres a minor cosmetic indentation in the aluminum ceiling, rear passenger's side (see pictures); it's a thin, dime-width line about 4" long. It does not affect functionality in any way (e.g., no impact on curtain rails, roof operation, or seals) and is purely aesthetic.
