Used 2018 Coach House Platinum 271XL FS for sale.
If you are looking for an RV that was quality made and has been well taken care of than look no further. Since purchasing it, we have made the following improvements to her. We replaced the two roof Fantastic fans with two MaxxAir Deluxe roof fans. We removed the two recliner chairs and replaced them with an electric sofa that folds down into a bed. We replaced the lead acid battery with three AGM batteries. We replace the electric steps in 2025 and new tires November 2025.
This model has two single beds in the rear of the RV with the 7.5 foot kitchen counter on the passenger side. A three burner propane stove, a refrigerator that runs on propane or electric, a large sink, and a convection microwave that can be used as an oven.
There is a slide out pantry and many cabinets, both upper and lower throughout the RV.
There are two TV's, one in the front and one in the back, each with a DVD player
There is a full bathroom with a separate shower, (not a wet bath). The engine will heat 5 gallons of water so when you stop you have an instant hot shower.
Although the interior is very usable with the slide in, when it is out there is an amazing amount of room for a class B+ motor home.
I exercise the generator several times a month and try to drive it at least once a week for at least 50 miles to keep everything working in good condition.
