We lived in this unit for 2 years while visiting Arizona then decided to buy a home, so we don't need something this size. Everything works no problems. Save yourself some money bring your own cash or financing.

Please no more dealers making offers. When I want to drop the price to that level, I will take it to my local dealer. I prefer to save someone the money and taxes. 1st reasonable offer takes it home, no dealers tired of the 70K offers.
