JUST IN TIME FOR SPRING. Family owned for 9 years. Stored inside, Good condition for its age, 2006 Damon daybreak 1 slide. hydraulic auto levelling. lots of storage. Nice big full width storage across the back ( can get bikes in with the front wheel off). All manuals included. Good roof. solid floor.
Ford f53 chassis. New 19.5 sumitomo tires on the front, good tread tires on the back. Drives stable and feels safe. power mirrors work.
MAINTENANCE
Chassis and generator serviced regularly, transmission oil changed. Recent new rear hub bearings and seals and oil, front hub bearings checked and repacked. new chassis battery. I put anitseize on the hubs when I took the wheels off so that next time they will come off easier. good brakes- (been to the west coast several times, no problem on the hills)
INSIDE:
Working backup camera. Nice size shower. lots of overhead storage inside. interior exhaust fan, appliances work. water heater is propane and electric.
SOME CUSTOM MODS WE HAVE DONE:
Spare tire mount with lowering winch. (with hydraulic jacks and an impact you can change you own blowout, I did it along the freeway 1 time in 15 minutes)
Vinyl plank floor to replace the carpet
Replace some of the blinds
Hardwood jacknife sofa to replace 1 with worn fabric
Carpeted stair well cover for when you are driving
Took the tv's out and made storage space.
Generator has a cord to power your house or something else!
Curtain rods and curtain hooks for privacy in the front section
A FEW ISSUES YOU WOULD EXPECT WITH THE AGE:
A few cracks in the skirts by the wheels.
decals shrinking and touched up with paint
A short crack across the top corner of one windshield. (Goes edge to edge across the top corner, so it can't extend, been that way for 6 years with no problem.)
Little fan above dash does not always work.
