This camper was purchased 6/1/2023, then pulled to the family farm (Columbus County NC, approximately 200 miles) and set up permanently. Water, sewer & power hook-ups were installed, and camper has not been moved. Used 3 -4 days per month on average by a retired couple. The camper has had Goodyear tires sitting on concrete pavers with tire covers from initial setup. New refrigerator and main air conditioning unit, installed by Camping World of Myrtle Beach in the past year.
