This 38-foot beauty features three slide-outs and a very tall ceiling for an open feel.

LIVING ROOM
Lengthy opposing slides make this area incredibly comfortable for long stays. There are three huge windows, and it is an open floor plan into the kitchen. The couch converts to a sleeper easily. The spacious living area has an electric LED fireplace.

For additional floor space, the recliners and kitchen table were removed. My pricing takes this into account.

MASTER BEDROOM
The king-size bed has been converted to a twin, which allows for more floor space and greater freedom of movement. This could easily be changed back if needed. THE CLOSET IS HUGE, being that it is full-width

KITCHEN
The kitchen is outstanding for a unit this size. It has a large kitchen island with a dual sink and storage underneath. There is plenty of counter space, a pantry, hutch with a wine cooler, fridge, microwave, oven, and tons of storage. It's ideal for preparing meals, whether you're boondocking, at the campground, or a full-timer.

WASHER/DRYER HOOKUPS
The master bedroom has a closet specifically made for a washer/dryer, which is extremely rare for a unit this size and weight.

BATHROOM
The vanity and sink both have storage inside, and there is a pass-through into the washer/dryer closet. The bathroom is accessible from the entry door without having to go through any rooms.

EXTERIOR
Blue LED-lit speakers and white LED light strips. Two retractable awnings cover the majority of the unit's length.
