Very lightly used trailer and well maintained, adult only. This is the 174bh model which stands for "Bunk House." One larger bed and two small bunk beds which I always used for storage. Everything functions as expected including ice cold AC and a toasty gas furnace. The tires are basically brand new. The trailer also has a 125 watt solar panel which keeps the 12 volt battery topped off. The battery is new as well. Trailer has nice suspension, clearance and single axle enabling to get into just about anywhere. It's a very light trailer that can be towed behind an SUV (you are responsible for understanding all towing capacities). Trailer comes with cables for hookup, hoses for dump, etc.
