This camper is very well maintained from top to bottom. It is cleaned and covered after every use. The roof is kept clean and sealed. Hub bearings maintained annually and all water tanks and water pipes sanitized regularly. Extra pillows, rugs, and plant decor not included. Framed patches not included. You will have a hard time finding another white hawk this nice and with so many upgrades.
