Current Situation
This RV is currently on an RV site in a park near Inverness Florida. It is set up for full time or seasonal living. Perfect for one person or a couple. Some modifications have been made.
The unit may stay in this park for full time or seasonal use. Included if left in the park is an 8 x 8 shed with shelving. The lot rent is very reasonable and includes water and sewer. Electric charged by KWH used. The new buyer would have to pass a background check to leave it in place.
