This camper has been inspected every year except last year for "Forever Warranty". Everything is working except outside speakers and DVD/Radio display. The recliners and couch sit good, but the coverings are worn. The mattress needs replacing. Tires and brakes are good. The rear AC is only 2 or 3 years old with very few hours on it. The camper is clean (just a little dusty). It comes with all the electrical cords and connections need to hook up to 50 amp service including a surge protector. It has all the necessary septic hoses and connections. It has a water pressure regulator to protect the water system. And the slides work well. In all, it is ready to go.
