RV Description
2014 Shadow Cruiser S 260BHS
Dry Weight: 4910 lbs
Length from the tip of the tongue to the back of the box is 28 ft 8 inches.
(the box length is 24 feet 10 inches, not including the tongue and back bumper)
We are a local family in San Luis Obispo, selling our well cared for and well maintained travel trailer.
This model is very spacious, yet quite light in weight for its size. We have 3 growing children and some of our favorite family memories have centered around our time in this trailer. We have taken it to most of the national parks in the western United States.
The roof has been regularly serviced and sealed regularly since we have owned it in 2016. The furnace, water heater, appliances, water pump, lights, and electrical systems are all in great shape. All of the lights in the trailer and cabin are LED lights. We had extra large propane tanks installed on the trailer, as well as 2 large batteries with a disconnect switch for storage. Powered awning in good working order. An "Arvika" bike trailer is installed over the tongue and we have found it to be a very stable place to bring bicycles along for the family.
There is a Queen size trailer bed in the front of the trailer, bunk beds in the back, the table folds down into a bed, and the sofa is a "Jack Knife" sofa that can be made into a bed as well. There is so much space and there are so many places available for people to sleep.
We are selling the trailer in good shape for immediate use with a heavy duty weight distribution hitch and a back-up camera included. (The back up camera has a video screen included that plugs into a 12V plug in the car that works wirelessly.)
The panels are fiberglass and in good shape, but the front and back panel have some oxidation and decals have some fade. I tried to take pictures that show the paint condition in its true state. There are some wrinkles in the front panel, but I have been told by several RV service shops that there is no water damage, and again, the roof and panels are well sealed. I have also personally maintained the caulk and seal on the windows.
There are some scuffs and wear on the inside of the trailer from use, but no heavy damage. The slide-out is in great working order. There is a small hole in the linoleum where the slide out wheel sits during towing. I am happy to show the trailer and point out these areas. The trailer really is in great shape and we are hoping a new owner will appreciate what it has to offer.
