Based on state inspection the major items had to be replaced when purchased last year when we bought to replace our totaled rv. The faucets and other small improvements were upgrades based on us having an upgraded trailer. We are selling it because we purchased another rv. EVERY YEAR VIRGINIA REQUIRES A STATE INSPECTION, there are NO MECHANICAL ISSUES. The deficiencies must be repaired to get the inspection.
