This fifth wheel has been a solid home-away-from-home as I have worked on the road for the last fifteen years. There are the normal issues with a lived-in trailer and I will try to list some of them here. Also, I will be working on fixing a few of them so I will update this listing to reflect the repairs that are completed. The rubber roof has two soft spot areas ( I will be taping all of the seams this week, and replacing a the cracked skylights); One landing jack stopped working; One broken window (I will be ordering a new one this week); Both recliners are ok to sit in, but not reclining; Vent hood has no power to it; Toilet is not connected to the supply line ( I have the part to replace and connect the supply line. The sewer line is fine); The gray/black water tank level indicators do not work (They haven't worked for ten years but I just dump the tanks regularly and is not a problem. There is wear and tear from being on the road but overall this is an absolutely solid camper. I have many accessories that will go with the unit as well. Price will be negotiable on the repairs that I have done before it sells.
