This fifth wheel has been a solid home-away-from-home as I have worked on the road for the last fifteen years. There are the normal issues with a lived-in trailer and I will try to list some of them here. Also, I will be working on fixing a few of them so I will update this listing to reflect the repairs that are completed. I taped two soft spots on the rubber roof and replaced a 16 sqft area of roof decking, and also replaced a cracked vent cover; One landing jack stopped working; One broken window on rear of unit with small water damage and a small crack in the rear wall; Some interior lights not working but many still work; Both recliners are ok to sit in, but not reclining; Vent hood has no power to it; Toilet is not connected to the supply line ( I have the part to replace and connect the supply line. The sewer line is fine); The gray/black water tank level indicators do not work (They haven't worked for ten years but I just dump the tanks regularly and is not a problem; One slide-out topper has a tear; The main awning has a few tiny tears. This repair list is as thorough as I can make it but there is general wear and tear from being on the road. Overall this is an absolutely solid camper and is ready for its next adventure. I had the carpets cleaned and the camper is ready to go! I have many accessories that will go with the unit as well such as; New insulated water line; Flexible sewer pipe and all needed connectors; Tool box with extra plumbing fittings and small tools; Extra EternaBond tape in 12 inch, 6 inch, and 4 inch widths; Infared space heater, Tire covers, even Tiki torches! Price will be negotiable on the repairs that I have done before it sells.
