RV Description
This camper is a 2023 Dutchmen Coleman 262BH, approx 30ft and the UVW is approx 5900LBS.
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:
There is roof AC unit that works.
The Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top did function but the LP tanks are missing.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works. It has been winterized due to the cold temps.
The fridge works, missing shelves.
The awning works as you can see in the photos but the awning material is the original and really needs to be replaced.
The tires have 2022 date codes.
The keys, power cord and LP tanks are missing.
Sometimes the battery may be missing and or weak and may need to be replaced.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.
Overall nice camper just missing furniture.
