Hello,
I just recently sold my truck so I just reduced the camper to 45,000 for a quick sale. That is below the payoff of ( 46,923.34) therefore the 45K is firm. As of right now, I will throw in all of the Forklift Hardware I have left at no additional cost.
Up for sale is my lightly used 2022 Lance 1172. I purchased from the original owner in Jan 2025 and I have only used it about 4-5 times last year and once this year? The previous owner had only used it 4-5 times as well? The camper needs nothing! I have added a smart 110 tv in the bedroom and the onboard Onan Generator has less than 10hrs on it plus the unit has a roof solar panel. There is no delamination or missing of decals at all as this unit has been stored inside.. New, this unit was nearly 80K. It will easily sleep 4 small kids and well as 2 adults.
The condition is 95-98% ( lightly used) Please let me know if you have any additional questions? I am only selling to purchase a motorhome. Unit needs nothing.
