RV Description
Up for sale is my lightly used 2022 Lance 1172. I purchased from the original owner in Jan 2025 and I have only used it about 5-6 times last year and once this year? The previous owner had used it only 4-5 times as well? The camper needs nothing! I have added a smart 110 tv in the bedroom and the onboard Onan Generator has less than 10hrs on it and the camper has been stored inside. No delamination or missing of decals at all. New this unit was nearly 80K.
I sold my 44' Toyhauler last summer and went to this camper thinking it would be more practical but the wife thinks otherwise. Now I am selling my camper as well as my truck with plans on purchasing a pusher. At age 65, I'm ready for more relaxation and less work.
On here, I am listing my camper however, I will sell as a package deal assuming I still have my truck? I purchased it new and other than the air bags, it has no mods. It is a 2019 Chevy High Country, 6.6L Duramax with 99XXX miles on it and no rust and a clean Carfax. It too has been stored inside for the last 5-6 yrs? It is in extremely condition as well as my camper. * I will sell the truck separately. Both units are non smoker.
