RV Description

This is a compact, lightweight travel trailer thats easy to tow. We've pulled it regularly with a Honda Odyssey, so most minivans or mid-size SUVs will handle it without a special setup or heavy-duty truck.

Sleeping: The rear queen bed (roughly 60x80) fits two adults comfortably. Theres also the front dinette which converts to a second twin for a kid or extra guest.

Power and utilities: A roof-mounted solar panel plus an added second battery. Heat and hot water run on propane, including an on-demand water heater. The wet bath is compact but functional.

Design: No slide-outs or bump-outs, which keeps the weight down and means fewer things to maintain or go wrong.

40-50 nights of use over three seasons. When I bought this it was for me to camp in but now my teenagers actually want to come (and bring friends!) Time for a bigger rig!

The good stuff:

  • New tires

  • Full-season winter cover included (bought new for ~$300), plus screened in room canopy that you can put up over the door area.

  • Regularly serviced at a local RV dealership

  • All systems functional - water, heat, AC, electrical

What to know before you buy (being upfront):

Refrigerator area: The fridge circuit board failed and before we caught it, some moisture got into the particle board around the fridge and the floor in that area. The fridge itself works fine now, but there is visible swelling/warping in the cabinetry around it. It's cosmetic but visible.

Front panel: One of the front stabilizer jacks was accidentally left down during a move, bent, and pulled slightly away from the trailer. We replaced the jack. The front corner panels have some minor bending (not sure if this is just normal over time or as a result of the jack incident). No active leaking or water damage from this area.

Rear window: Had a leak in heavy rain that took us a while to track down. Solved it with caulking around the window seams. No issues since (about 18 months).

Minor: A few window shade pull strings have been replaced to keep them working. Normal wear on the exterior corners.

This is priced to reflect the cosmetic condition honestly. Everything works, it's been well cared for mechanically, and it's super towable and easy to take care of. Plus it's so cozy inside that even on rainy camping days it's a delight. Selling as-is. Happy to answer any questions or do a walkthrough via video call before you make the drive.
