Second owner. Stored on private property with dehumidifier running inside 24/7. It's in really great shape.
Interior is clean, no smells, and everything works. Only 60hr on the generator.

Detailed service logs and regularly serviced professionally. Engine runs smooth and shifts smooth. Brakes, diff, and transmission recently fully serviced! I generally cruise at 60-65mph highway and get ~12mpg at that speed while loaded. (It'll hit 80mph easily though, it's the Chevy 4500 so it's a beast.) It has always passed smog well in the green.
Aftermarket suspension... shocks, sway bars, and bump stops. It rides really nice, and tracks straight, even in strong wind.

Front tires are almost brand new. Rear tires have good tread, but they are aging. (Some simulator caps aren't installed, but I still have them all.)

Little upgrades I've done:
- Interior LED lights (including motion lights in all the cupboards)
- Removable shelving
- Curtain rails (they've very smooth)
- Baskets
- USB outlets in rear over the bed
- Shelving in the storage area
- External Solar (will include), and a mounted inverter for little jobs.

We have absolutely loved this RV, but have upgraded to something else, so it's gotta go.
