This pre-owned Atlas (2992RLF)5th wheel is clean and ready to go. We bought this new Atlas to live in (10 months) while we remodeled our house. Our son, wife and 4 year old son lived in it for six months after that. One owner, clear title. Great for a couple or small family. One queen bed, 3 slide outs, 2 great recliners and a pull out full/queen bed. Kitchen island, awesome pantry, large fridge/freezer, full hutch/cabinet with counter, 3 burner gas stove, gas oven, Washer/dryer hook up, on-demand tankless water heater, real queen Serta 10" Hybrid mattress, under bed storage, under carriage heating, 2 AC's, great electric fireplace/heater, large TV, internet ready, plenty of external storage, 2 - 30gal propane tanks, 50 amp, automatic electric leveling, attachable outdoor gas griddle (used once), 2 large awnings, and small awnings over slide outs on back, solar ready. Has only been down the road when they delivered it to our house 30 miles away. Many extras included for you to be ready to get down the road.

To the ladies: I was not thrilled about moving into a camper "temporarily" while we finished our remodel! So when we went looking for one my biggest concerns were a decent sized kitchen with plenty of room for all of my cooking gadgets, a queen sized bed with a real mattress, not feeling boxed in, and being cool enough during a hot Texas summer. This Atlas met all of those needs. I had most of my kitchen stuff in there, I was able to set up a coffee bar, I had a sink large enough to do dishes and plenty of room for them to air dry, and a real table to sit at without sliding into a small booth. We immediately bought a regular mattress (see above) and I was thrilled that it was completely cool enough in the bedroom with our second air conditioner. The large windows, including the one directly in front of the bed made it feel like we were almost outside. But the blinds also allowed it to be plenty dark if we wanted to sleep in. There's lots of lighting outside to see in the dark and plenty of room in the main area to have friends inside with the two recliners, couch and kitchen table. The electric fireplace was super cozy during the winter and it also emitted plenty of heat that most of the time we just used it and not the main heater. The on demand water heater allowed for long showers and I assume would be great if we hooked up a washing machine, however we did not need to do that. This would be great for a couple to travel everywhere or even a small family. Come take a look!
