We bought this brand new in 2018, and we were full timers since. I started working as a traveling Nuclear medicine technologist, and my husband was retired, so we moved around and stayed in the RV. But Im getting ready to retire so we are moving back into a home, and ready to buy something smaller. We lived comfortably for 7 years, it has ample space, its very quiet and dark inside when everything is closed, and the temperature is very well maintained with our 3 AC units and with just a couple of electric space heaters. I love the-rear kitchen which has plenty of counter space and cabinets. Its an open space concept, so I loved cooking and watching TV at the same time. The living area has 2 recliner theater seats with cupholders, an office desk and a fireplace plus a 60" LED smart TV with a premium sound bar and DVD player/stereo. Located near the entry door is the half bathroom with a washer and dryer so now you can easily keep up with any laundry while you are away from home.
The front master bathroom is one many people only dream about. Here you will find two sinks, plus a walk-in closet with a bench and shelves and a linen closet. Inside the private bedroom there is a 10" Serta king-size mattress for you to enjoy a good night's rest, a dresser, and a 43" TV for you to watch your favorite movies in true comfort! We had the suspension replaced to a Moryde independent suspension so it rides like a dream, no more cupboards opening or things broken when you get to your destination. It has 4 slide outs, so when opened the space is amazing in there. My husband is a diesel mechanic and he also worked at an RV dealership, so any repairs were done immediately, its been very well maintained and weve replaced all 3 AC units, 2 of them within the last 1.5 years, the dryer, the smart TV and the convection microwave in the last year. Everything works perfectly, the varnish is fading off in the master bathroom, but with a little elbow grease and some stain itll look like new. Inside each model there are plenty of residential touches from the Shaw vinyl flooring to the large stainless steel kitchen sink, and a residential size stainless steel refrigerator and stove . There is beautiful upgraded Corian solid surface counter tops in the kitchen and a central vacuum system which makes cleaning up so much easier.The mandatory RiverStone Luxury Package has features such as a stackable washer and dryer, a large infinity light over the livingroom, plus a Fischer Paykal dishwasher. Come see for yourself why the RiverStone is desired by many for the luxury and convenience it offers. Not to mention it was manufactured pre-COVID, if you havent heard the 2020-2022 models had a lot of problems. We have enjoyed this one so much because we havent had any issues.
