For sale to you because we are aging and do not want to store the trailer in our garage anymore for a once or twice a year use. We bought this trailer from the original owner and it was garaged with the previous owner and we also garaged the trailer ourselves when not in use. Like I said used gingerly once or twice a year, but still in good shape for a 2008. No rips or tears in the vinyl. Good condition. 1 king heated bed and 1 queen heated bed.
