After 55 years of marriage & camping our children & Doctors are telling us we have to change our way of camping. With our health problems we just can't be very far from our doctors. I guess it is part of life, but it seems it came way too fast for us!! As a result, we are selling our beloved Newmar Baystar 3226 with 14,370 miles. The Cummins/Onan generator has 120 hours. this coach has many upgrades from the standard premier Newmar motorhome. In 2024 we added the Liquid Springs Smart Ride & Handling system. Any gas coach is known to be a handful to drive in windy situations, while around semi-trucks, rough roads & bridge approaches. This system basically makes a gas coach handle & ride like a diesel coach. No more "white knuckle" handling & rough rides!! We absolutely loved driving this unit after we had it installed. Our cost was just over $26,000 & worth every penny!! If you are not familiar with it just google Liquid Spring in Lafayette IN. We also installed a Safety T Plus Steering Stabilizer for $650. We replaced the standard microwave with a GE Profile Microwave/Convection Oven/Air Fryer combo for $550. In 2025 we added the best Wilderness Montana King size mattress for a cost of just over $1,200. We also replaced the standard factory couch with a Lambright Love Seat & two end tables. It has Power Recline & Power Headrest support. Lambright is an Amish manufacture of very high-end RV furniture located in Indiana. Our cost was just over $2,600. In November before we parked the coach in our covered storage we had in for a full service. The 7.3 Ford "Godzilla" engine oil was replaced with Mobil One oil & the generator was completely serviced. We replaced all six house batteries with new Interstate 6 volt Deep Cycle Extreme Service batteries. We had all three slide outs serviced & adjusted & installed a new electrical solenoid. Total service cost was $3,288.00 the 80-gallon fuel tanked is filled & a fuel stabilizer was added. This motorhome has a E3 Extended Service agreement through Wholesale Warranty. Our cost was $5,728.00 & is good until April 8th, 2028 & can be transferred to a new owner for small transfer fee. It is a non-smoking coach with a clear title/no lien. The Newmar Baystar are well known for high quality components & their high build quality. It has many factory options besides the standard equipment. You must see this Newmar coach to appreciate its condition & feel how easily it drives and rides!! We hope someone else can enjoy camping in it as much as we have!!
