This DRV FULLHOUSE is a custom-engineered, four-season toy hauler extensively modified for off-grid living and extreme durability. Professionally maintained and upgraded by Rolling Retreats, it features a reinforced chassis, elite solar capabilities, and a one-of-a-kind half-bath to storage conversion.

Chassis & Exterior Performance

Heavy-Duty Foundation: Built on a 15 triple-box tube frame with a 2 lift, the factory has already completed the frame reinforcement.
Elite Suspension: Upgraded to MORryde Independent Suspension with automotive disc brakes with hydraulic lines rerouted inside the frame and Continental 17.5 J-rated 18-ply tires.
Advanced Towing: Equipped with a Gen-Y Executive Heavy Duty Pin Box and Trailer Saver Air Ride hitch for maximum vibration dampening.
Armor & Protection: Features a Flex Armor roof, extreme heavy-duty rear skid plate/hitch, and heat pads with elbow wraps for all-weather tank protection.

HVAC, Power & Off-Grid Systems

Lithium Power Plant: 900Ah capacity via three ReLion Lithium batteries, supported by 2,000 watts of glass solar panels and dual MPPT controllers.
Inverter & Gen: 3000W Hybrid inverter and a 7K Gas Commercial Electronic Fuel Injection Generator with Automatic Gen Start (AGS) if batteries were to get low.
HVAC: Cheap Heat supplemental heating system added to the propane furnace.
Water Heater: Gas-electric water heater.
Wiring Upgrades: Upgraded 4GA solar wiring, surge protector with remote display, and pre-wired for Starlink Gen 2 Commercial with a roof mount.

Customized Interior & Living

Bespoke Floorplan: The half-bath was deleted to create a massive storage closet. The bedroom features a floor-to-ceiling cabinet extension and custom shelving in the laundry suite.
Premium Materials: Hazelnut hardwood cabinetry, Elite Suite hardwood headboard, and Elite Journey Zurich tile throughout (no carpet in bedroom or closets).
Gourmet Kitchen: Features a single-bowl sink, 20 cu. ft. residential refrigerator, convection microwave, three-burner stovetop and oven, and custom tile backsplash.
Furniture & Comfort: Powered Lazy-Boy recliners and a custom Santa Fe/Houston-style desk integrated into the slide-out.

Garage & Toy Hauler Features

Enhanced Utility: Garage floor upgraded to flat coin-pattern flooring; includes a Three-Season patio system with an awning and Happijac drop-down beds/sofas.
Rear Patio and Deck: The ramp door can be used as a deck with patio rails. Includes rear lighting and awning.
Climate Control: Triple 15K BTU A/Cs with Heat Pumps on all units. Heat and AC in the garage.
Smart Storage: Custom 90% pull-out extension drawer in the basement for easy access to heavy gear.

Technology & Convenience

Entertainment: 55 LG LED TV in the living area and 49 LG LED TV in the garage; Winegard HD Auto Satellite (DirecTV) and Wi-Fi Ranger.
Safety: Hardwired backup and side-view camera system, plus additional LED brake and turn lighting.
Special Touches: Macerator toilet (bidet-ready), keyless entry on both doors, and four power awnings with acrylic fabric and weathershields.
