Recent updates: new AC unit in bedroom, washer/dryer installed less than 1 year ago, completely new toilet never used, new water filter and filter housing, new heating element in water heater, mattress less than 1 year of use and new awning arms. The berkey water filter is included in sale as well as most of what is needed as far as kitchen utensils, cookware, bedsheets, comforters, etc. Motorhome has tire pressure monitoring system with 4 extra monitors for toad vehicle and will include watchdog surge protector. RV has been owned by older couple for first 40k miles and always kept in a garage and the current owner is an RV Technician, so everything has been kept in pristine condition throughout the life of the RV!
