1.Infrastructure:
Engine: Literally, this coach has the perfect engine, the Caterpillar 3126 engine, and ask a Diesel Mechanic this is one of the best and longest-lasting Cat diesel engines, with minimum issues and the one that runs forever. When my Diesel Mechanic went over the bus after I just bought it, he took one look at the engine, then turned to me and said, You literally just won the lottery. Has only 56,XXX miles on it & could easily go another 500,000 miles without any major work
Transmission: 6-speed Cummins, again a top-tier transmission that DELIVERS. Electronic push-button automatic.
a.Chassis: Freightliner XC Chassis, Exhaust Brakes
b.Furnace/AC: This bus does NOT have AC units on the roof, and that is a good thing. Only a few years old, this has a replacement Premium Heat Pump/Air-conditioner unit in the basement (same level as lower storage) for higher efficiency, better output, and an overall cooler and warmer interior.
c.Hot Water: Works well, and kicks out VERY hot water (watch it in the shower!)
d.Water System: Black, Gray and Fresh all work well, no leaks. It has a large fresh water tank, and with the power of the engine, youd never know you had loaded up and were carrying 86 gallons of fresh water. Refrigeration: Refrigerator is large and dual-power, and works equally well using electricity or LP gas.
e.Batteries: ALL new within 8 months. 3 Cabin, 2 Main engine. All name-brand, quality batteries.
2.Mileage: 56,XXX. Super Low, but more importantly, low on the perfect engine.
3.Interior: This coach has gorgeous dark cherry wood throughout. Its not the washed out oak used in many RVs; this beautiful wood finish not only looks like the cabinets used in brand-new buses, but it is in literally PERFECT condition.
4.Exterior: Average, with minor wear on the finish in a few spots and some fading from sun. But when I write wear, I only mean a few instances where a decal is fading, or an edge of a decal has worn a bit. The exception for average condition is the roof, which has been redone, and is in GREAT shape. No leaks, as the perfect ceiling throughout the coach clearly shows. Ill repeat, as repeating this is merited: the ceiling is in FANTASTIC shape.

DIESEL GENERATOR
Cummins ONAN Quiet Diesel 7500 (upgrade from standard generator). Runs well no issues. Only 1,330 hours and plenty of power to run entire coach with no land-line electricity at all. Very fuel efficient, uses approximately ½ gallon of diesel/hour.
