Selling our Heartland North Trail 24BHS because we are downsizing. Its 27 ft long and livable space is 24 ft. Has an outdoor kitchen, sink and fridge with space for a TV. Inside kitchen with 3 burner stove, oven and microwave. Has 2 bunks and the dinnete converts to a bed, 1 HVAC unit and 30amp electrical connection (although we have the other converters).

-Eternabond tape all around the edges of the roof and around all roof fixtures to prevent leaks
All maintenance and reseal completed as needed. Everything works.
