This one owner 2020 Precept Prestige has been garage kept and is in excellent condition. It has low mileage with all the features of a luxury coach. There are two slides, one for the bedroom and the other is a full living room slide. It is equipped with a bath and a half. The main bathroom is located across the rear of the coach with an oversized shower, sink, toilet and large storage cabinet. The half bath is midway of the coach. The bedroom has a king bed, tv and his and her storage closets.

The living area is spacious and open with the couch equipped with two recliners. There is a large tv and CD player above the electric fireplace. There is plenty of storage above the couch and in the kitchen area. It has an RV type double door refrigerator that has always been more than enough room for us. There is a gas range and oven with a convection/microwave mounted above the range. The dinette seats 4 and can be used for a bed. All windows have room darkening shades as well as daylight shades.

Above the driver and passenger seats is an electronic queen size bed that lowers down for sleeping. The total comfortable sleeping capacity for the coach is 6. The driver and passenger seats are leather and will rotate around to the living area with a small table that can be mounted between them.

The exterior is full body paint with chrome heated and adjustable mirrors. They are also equipped with cameras that come on when you engage your turn signals. In addition, there is a rear camera. There is plenty of storage in the basement area. The exterior entertainment center has a large tv and stereo system. The unit has a full power awning. The awning, slides, automatic jacks, generator, heat and air conditioning can all be operated from your phone with their app. There are no scratches and the paint is like new. All tires are in excellent condition. The generator is an Onan 5500 and has a total of 593 hours.

This unit is mounted on a Ford chassis. It is gasoline powered with a 330 HP 8 cylinder engine and a 6 speed transmission. No mechanical issues at all.

After 40 years of RVing we have decided to hang it up. This is an excellent unit.
