A 2018 chassis, but purchased from the dealer November 2019, van build completed and van put into service September 2020.

This van was carefully designed and built by an engineer and cabinet maker. We carefully considered a great deal of choices and options before thoughtfully designing this van. It features swivel front seats and a two-person bench dinette seat with two additional seat belts. The full wet bathroom allows for hot showers within the van and includes a retractable anti-microbial shower door. We have taken the van on numerous trips, from weekends, to a week or two, to a month-long trip! We frequently take trips and never connect to shore power. We can easily camp remotely for four or five days, including cooking and quick showers, before we need to dump and refill tanks.

The kitchen includes a 4.3 cubic foot TruckFridge TF-130 12-volt refrigerator freezer, large stainless undermount sink, Delta brand residential faucet, 0.7 cubic foot microwave, single burner 1000-watt infrared portable cooktop.

The electrical system includes a 320 AH Lithium battery with Bluetooth monitoring (new in 2025), 400W of roof top solar, and a 50A Victron DC to DC charger (new in 2025) for alternator charging while driving. The 1500-watt inverter can power the microwave, the cooktop, or even a hair dryer.

Heating and cooling can be accomplished with the OutEquipPro 12-volt roof top air conditioner with auxiliary heat which will run off the lithium batteries without needing to be plugged in to shore power. There is also a diesel parking heater for the cold nights. Air can be circulated with the two Sirocco II fans or the MaxxAir roof fan with remote and in or out directions. The awning windows can be opened even in the rain without worrying about water blowing in.

All interior lighting is dimmable LED, including the ceiling puck lights, the undercabinet lighting, the bathroom blue/white light, and three reading lamps.

The rear full-size bed is a 6-inch memory foam mattress new in December 2025. There is ample storage within the van with overhead cabinets and many drawers. The rear garage storage under the bed will accommodate two Zizzo or other brand folding bicycles, along with chairs and other items.

The van has been trouble-free with no mechanical issues. Low miles of use over the last 5 years that it has been in service. Regular oil changes (always full synthetic), tire rotations, and air filter changes.
