I purchased this trailer as a project from a client of mine, (lam an RV Technician!) but I am now unexpectedly moving so, I'm selling it with a few pieces of the project left for the next owner to complete - this is reflected in the price. Clean title in hand.
Things still needed:
Toilet installed
1 Slide motor replaced (have the new motor on hand)
1 slide motor reinstalled (have it)
Several cabinet doors replaced; if new owner wants to
Paint kitchen cabinets; if new owner wants to. (They're currently green)
Repair kitchen drain. (Simple ABS drain needs just 2 small accessible parts replaced)
Bathroom fan motor replaced (have part in hand)
Remove any additional wallpaper new owner wants to.

Things I've done:
Replaced emergency exit window - this was a bulk of repair costs ($1000+ just for the window from Lippert)
Deep cleaned black and gray tanks.
Replaced air admittance in bathroom
Serviced and Winterized plumbing
Installed new plumbing vent on roof
Removed most of wallpaper and had professionally cleaned
Replaced mattress with brand new very comfortable memory foam - true queen!
New rooftop AC unit - 1 year ago.
Replaced LP/CO detector
Installed new house battery
Installed combo locks on pass through storage compartment doors
Have new in box digital RV Lock in Hand ready for next owner to install and use!
Tows like a dream. Electric tongue jack. Comes with tons of accessories/everything you need to use the trailer!!! I'll even hook you up with holding tank chemical!
