Please note, the $45K price is firm, no owner financing available. We took the RV on one trip, which was a six-month cross country trip and we had two incidents that occured. One, hubby scraped a truck bumper with the passenger side rear panel (see pic of outdoor kitchen & grill). Then, as we were traveling, the wind caught the front roof liner and tore off the top 1/3 of the liner. There was no RV center around, so he replaced that liner with waterproof pond liner and sealed the roof.
