RV Description
Extra clean and very well maintained one owner. We purchased this 5th wheel brand new in 2018 and have lived in it full time. We decided to give up the full time life and have purchased our forever home.
Many updates including a Whirlpool Residential 4 door refrigerator with ice maker.
We took out the cheap pleather couch and replaced it with a very comfortable electric recliner loveseat. Has an Onan 5500 generator with low hours New Flooring has been installed.
Full body paint which was a $ 10k upgrade at time of purchase.
Garage area is 12 also has full bath with shower in garage area.
Very clean no smoking no pets, no children.
When something broke we fixed it better than before. We are very OCD.
