2015 Grand Design Solitude 369RL. In Willis TX. All appliances and electronics work. Ive been the only owner since it was bought new, and lived in it full time for 2 years before it simply became a weekend camper. It includes self leveling hydraulic jacks, push button awning, 3 slides, 2 air conditioners, furnace, heat pump, hot water heater and fridge that can run on either propane or electric, gas oven/stove, microwave, entertainment center with TV, sound bar, surround sound speakers throughout the RV, electric fireplace, 3 seat sofa with pull out bed, 2 recliner chairs, good sized bathroom and shower, king sized bed, washing machine and dryer, along with an enormous outdoor storage area that is also heated. The roof has never leaked, and I re-sealed all caulking to ensure water tight seals. The laminated front cap has pealed but I have had it inspected and confirmed it is only visual
