In August 2025 a complete maintenance overhaul was accomplished including: New axles, hub assemblies, bearings, brakes, and four Les Schwab tires. New Jensen JWM62A Stereo enabling iPhone/Android control through Bluetooth, two new 40LB Costco propane tanks, two deep cycle 12V batteries and entire exterior buffed and ceramic coating applied. New black and gray water tank valves installed.

Overall length is 29 feet, eleven inches and was easily towed behind 1/2 ton pickup. Dry Weight is 5,080lbs with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR): 6,695 lbs. Fresh Water Capacity is 40 gallons, Gray Water Capacity: 58 gallons (two separate tanks) and Black Water Capacity is 29 gallons.
