RV Description
Well manufactured 2006 Tiffin Phaeton (QDH) 40ft. motorcoach. Built when craftmanship was the norm. This coach is in excellent shape and well maintained. The coach has 87,400 miles on the Freightliner chassis. The C7 cat diesel motor (pre-DEF) was replaced at 79, 437 miles. The onboard generator has 550 hours. Tires were replaced 2023 and aluminum rims were added. Batteries are 3 years old and are maintained via NOCO 2 bank battery tender, solar system, or through shore power. Electric brake setup to pull trailer. The basement has two sliding trays and accessible from both sides. The awning comes with an attachable privacy screen. Toppers for the slides replaced in 2024. The two TVs have been upgraded to smart TVs with sound system added to front TV. Rear TV compartment converted for more storage. Inverter replaced 2024. Both air conditioners/heat pumps replaced in 2023. Lights have been converted to LED. Some of the double pane window with seal failure have been repaired. The blinds have been replaced with efficiency blinds. The 4-door refrigerator w/ice maker operates on propane or electric. Standard 100 lb. propane with quick connectors for fire pit/grill.
We are in Mesa, Arizona area until the end of March. We will be going back to western So. Dak.
