Moving out of state and not bringing our camper.

I purchased this 2024 Grand Design Reflection 303RLS new in late March of 2024. It is currently winterized.

I have the title in hand. I'll include the hoses, electrical cord and extension, quick pressure reducer for water, sewage tank caddy, and everything else I have that will get you started.

1. Can be pulled with a 2500 or F250 series trucks
2. Spring-assisted entry steps that are stable on the ground, not bouncy
3. Hot and cold water for outside shower
4. Fold out bed from the couch
5. Two recliners with massaging and heat elements
6. Pantry and full size fridge
7. Built in wifi router that offers unlimited data use for those off the grid trips (with subscription)
8. Dog tie out attachment near the entry steps
9. One space for all water and sewer needs
10. Heated belly and tanks for freezing temperature camping (I camped during our recent ice storm with zero issues)
11. Back up Camera with display
12. Tire Pressure System Monitoring with in-vehicle display
13. Phone app that allows you to control your lights, awning, etc.
14. JBL inside and outside speakers
15. On demand hot water heater
16. Pet protector on screen door to prevent mesh screen issues (factory installed)
17. Bidet on toilet
18. Auto Leveling System (one button push and it levels itself - true back saver)
19. Solar Panel Charging system, factory installed with panels on the roof
20. Keypad and keyfob door entry system

21. I paid almost $500 for a cell phone booster that is mounted to this RV. I will leave it with the RV. It really helps for those middle of nowhere trips! It boosts all signals, not just a certain carrier.
