RV Description

SELLING FOR $23,500
MINUS -$4,000 Due to exterior graphics (cosmetic)
Offering for $19,500.

The Heartland Road Warrior 390RW is a luxurious fifth wheel toy hauler that was first introduced in 2013. This model is designed for those looking to travel while also being able to bring along their toys for the ultimate adventure. With a spacious and well-equipped interior, this RV is perfect for extended trips or full-time living! It has nearly 400 SQ FT of living space with a nice electric fireplace in the living room, two couches and mid-level kitchen that separates the living room nicely.

We are the only owners, bought it brand new in 2013; it has no water damage, the slide-outs were fixed one time and since then we haven't had any problems with them and they are working great! Everything works with 0 issues, both A/C are good to go, refrigerator is clean and working great, the Onan 4000 generator has less than 10 hours on it since the last oil change and has been well maintained, the hot water heater is both gas and electric, water pump was replaced a couple years ago and is working great. The furnace hasn't been used much and works fine, but does tend to use a lot of propane. We pretty much used electric heaters and the fireplace electric heater during cold weather. The carpets are clean and have been recently shampood.

The 390RW model features a large 12' garage area in the back, complete with tie-downs and ample storage space for motorcycles, ATVs, or other recreational vehicles. The garage also converts into additional living space with an electric bed lift system.

Inside, the Heartland Road Warrior 390RW offers all the comforts of home. The living area features a two sofas (non-original), and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and plenty of storage space for all your cooking essentials. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, LARGE wardrobe closet, and additional storage, storage under the bed, plus a TV as well.

The bathroom in the 390RW is spacious and modern, with a large shower, sink, and toilet. The interior of the Road Warrior has been repainted to give it a more modern feel. Overall, the Heartland Road Warrior 390RW is a top-of-the-line toy hauler that offers both luxury and functionality. Whether you're hitting the road for a weekend getaway or embarking on a cross-country adventure, this RV has everything you need to make your travels comfortable and enjoyable. Experience the open road in style with the Heartland Road Warrior 390RW.

TLC & Discounts:

The unit has been lived in and does have a few scratches here and there, but nothing major. The linoleum does have a couple tears which we did our best to match with gold/brown heavy duty duct tape that is closest we could find to the floor. It could use to be replaced. We had an issue with the slide out a few years ago and it got off track and damaged the linoleum in a couple spots. The slide-outs have been fully fixed and are working great! But we never got around to replacing the linoleum in the living room. The carpet in the living room are in good shape. The floors are great in the kitchen, bathroom and carpet in the bedroom.

We put graphics/wrap on the fifth wheel and so we painted the side and back that we had the graphics on a solid white so it' doesn't match the passenger side. We are discounting our asking price $3,000 for this. I'm sure you could paint the other side to match if it is a concern. But this is cosmetic. The front of the coach had a dog logo that has since flaked and has sun damage as you can see in the picture, so we are discounting the price $500 for this as you can easily sand this off and put a sticker of your choice from a wrap company for this price.

UPGRADES:

TIRE: Replaced a couple years ago with commercial grade 12 PLY tires, which barely have a couple thousand miles on them.

AXLES: We had axel trouble after only having it a few years, and it was recommend to upgrade them, so we put on new heavier duty springs and went with 7k axles instead of the 6k they came with. They are sturdy and much safer to travel with along with the upgraded tires you won't have blow-outs! ;-)

- NEW ROOF: Last year we put on FlexArmor ROOF to keep it protected from any water damage, which it's never had; this is a spray-on polyurea RV roof system, and that exact phrase (last roof youll ever need) is basically their calling card.

Why people remember it that way:

Seamless, one-piece roof (no seams, no caulking maintenance)

UV-stable, waterproof, puncture-resistant

Much thicker and tougher than factory roofs

Designed specifically for RVs (not a generic coating)

The RV crew came out, masked everything, and sprayed the roof on like a truck bed linerbut smoother and lighterFlexArmor the last roof you'll ever need. This was a $3,500 upgrade!
