2022 Thor Motor Coach Chateau 31E Bunkhouse 9,700 Miles
Were selling our 2022 Thor Motor Coach Chateau 31E Class C motorhome with just 9,700 original miles. Its been lightly used, responsibly owned, and well cared for, and its in excellent condition inside and out.

The 31E bunkhouse layout makes this a great option for families or anyone who wants extra sleeping space. Between the bunks, over-cab bed, and convertible living areas, it can comfortably sleep approximately 68 people, depending on setup.

Inside, the layout is spacious and practical, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable seating area, and plenty of storage throughout. Everything works as it should, and the coach is easy to drive and live inwhether for weekend trips, longer vacations, or extended travel.

Built on a Ford E-Series chassis, its equipped with a heavy-duty hitch rated for up to approximately 8,000 lbs (actual towing capacity depends on loading and manufacturer specificationssee coach placards/manual for exact limits). Great for towing a small vehicle, trailer, or gear.

This RV has very low mileage for its year, offering the feel of a nearly new coach without paying new-dealer pricing. Were only selling because we dont use it enough to justify keeping it.

Important note: There is currently a lien on the vehicle. The loan will be paid off at the time of sale, and were happy to work with the buyer and lender to ensure a smooth, transparent transaction.
