The trailer is kept under an RV cover assembly.
The trailer is 25 feet 1 inch in length and weighs 4812 pounds. It has front and rear roof vent covers so you can keep the vents open in the rain or while towing. It has upgraded 15K ducted air conditioning and 30,000 BTU heat. Six gallon quick recovery water heater that works on either propane or electric. Front pass through storage. 14 Foot power awning. Cable and satellite hookup. 40 gallon fresh water, 40 gallon grey water and 30 gallon black and the tanks are heated. Black tank flush. Walk on roof with ladder. Outside shower. Blue tooth stereo with interior and exterior speakers. Slide out storage under dinette seats and in under counter cabinets. The trailer has a Murphy bed that coverts into a loveseat. The Murphy bed has been upgraded to a Zinus Green Tea 6 inch memory foam mattress.
Fantastic kitchen with loads of counter space, Microwave, oven, 3 burner stove top, Upgraded Norcold 12v 10 Cu Ft refrigerator. Dinette for four people and converts into additional bed. Bearings were just packed and suspension inspected. Roof is inspected every 3 months and sealed if needed.
