This is a rare 2017 Entegra Coach Anthem 44B featuring the highly desirable L lounge sofa in the salon. It is a two-owner, non-smoking, no-pets coach that has always been garaged when not in use. Powered by a Cummins ISL 450HP diesel engine on the Spartan Mountain Master chassis with Independent Front Suspension and an Allison 3000MH 6-speed transmission, this 45-foot Class A diesel pusher that has only 29,000 miles. Four slide-outs, sleeps four, and is equipped with three new heat pump air conditioning units. All three A/C units were replaced within the last 24 months. It delivers confident handling and a smooth, stable ride, further enhanced by newly installed shocks and a Stabil-Trac bar added in November 2025.

This coach has been meticulously maintained with all major services completed within the last six months, including Aqua-Hot, engine oil, and generator service. Additional recent upgrades include a new Sleep Number bed, new house batteries installed within the last 18 months, new Toyo tires, and a new dash A/C system. The 12.kW Generator has approximately 640 hours, the EVELA 6V 390Ah AGM batteries are about 12 months old, and the unit has only around 20 hours since its most recent service.

Interior features include Amish handcrafted hardwood cabinetry, heated tile floors, solid surface countertops, a custom backsplash, and ultra-leather seating throughout. The residential-style kitchen offers a dishwasher drawer, two-burner induction cooktop, convection microwave, and a full-size residential refrigerator. Climate control and power systems include an Aqua-Hot 450D hydronic heating system with heated floors, three 15,000 BTU ducted A/C units with heat pumps, and a 12.5kW Onan quiet diesel generator with auto-gen start. The electrical system includes pure sine wave inverters, multiple house batteries, power and hose reels, and whole-house water filtration. Entertainment and technology features include multiple LED
TVs, an exterior LED TV and entertainment center, Bose soundbar, in-motion satellite, GPS, multiplex lighting, and a universal remote system, and a basement freezer as well.

Safety and driving confidence are enhanced with a three-camera monitoring system, cruise control, electronic stability control, tire pressure monitoring, Xenon headlights, Hadley air horns, VIP smart steering wheel, and a 15,000-pound towing capacity. Tank capacities include 100 gallons of fresh water, 62 gallons of gray water, 41 gallons of black water, and a 15-gallon dual-fill DEF tank.
