It was perfect. 5 new tires (spare too) & wheel bearings packed-May '25, roof spot sealed-Oct '25, both skylights replaced '23, Glacier package for cold-weather camping and keeping the trailer cooler in the summer, New main awning-May '25, Electric awning and awning top on the slide. 2 20-lb propane tanks, electric tongue jack-everything works as it should.
Length 27ft 8in. with the tongue. Dry weight 4460 lbs, GVWR 5950lbs hitch weight 485 lbs. Sleeps 4-5, one slide, separate front bedroom, whole back wall is the rear bath -shower, tub, sink, huge cabinet, and toilet. Plenty of kitchen counter space. Fresh water 48 gal, Gray water 45gal, Black tank 30.5gal
