The 2020 Grand Design Reflection 312BHTS is a spacious, four-season travel trailer with three slide-outs, designed to sleep up to 7 people comfortably. It features a private rear bunkhouse, a large kitchen island, theater seating, and an outdoor kitchen.

Interior Features
Bunkhouse: A private rear bunkhouse offers additional sleeping options with bunks and convertible sleeping space, ideal for children or guests.

Living Area: The main living area features theater seating, a booth dinette, a 40" LED HDTV, and a residential fireplace. The flooring is premium Congoleum with a ductless design throughout the living area.

Kitchen: The center island kitchen comes equipped with solid surface countertops, a deep-seated stainless steel sink, a high-rise faucet with a pull-out sprayer, a 3-burner range with oven, and a 16 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator (optional).

Bedroom & Bathroom: The front master bedroom includes a walk-around queen bed with oversized under-bed storage and a wardrobe. The full bathroom features a spacious shower with a glass door and a power vent fan.

Amenities: Exterior features include a power patio awning with LED lights, an outside kitchen (with a mini-fridge and griddle on some units, per PPL Motorhomes), and a universal all-in-one docking station.

The RV presents itself in great condition. We purchased in near new condition in 2020, since then this RV has not been on many trips, has mostly been stored on property for family and guests use.
