In the past year and a half, the camper has had a new 15,000 BTU rear air conditioner with a heat pump, two new awnings and LED awning light, new bulb seals and wipers around all the slides, a new Haloview backup camera system, new carpet, some new furniture, new faucets in the kitchen and the bathroom.
The camper in great shape, recently hand waxed and detailed. The only defect is minor cosmetic damage on the driver's side from a blowout two years ago. All new tires after that, and now it has a tire pressure monitoring system. Many extras that you will need to set up camping are included, all water and sewer hoses and supports, surge protector, water pressure regulator, tire covers, amp adaptors for power, 18 foot sun shade that attaches to the big awning also included.
The camper is in the Okeechobee FL KOA. If you want an annual site at the KOA, the lot rent is $860 a month. Many amenities are offered here. Great place to full time.
