We love our New Air and are only selling it as we have decided to go to near full time and will be moving up to a larger Newmar coach. Our New Aire has been extremely reliable, never once leaving us stranded and rides smoother and quieter than many of the new coaches we have driven. We have maintained our coach without regard to cost with the intention that we would own it for another 5+ years. Maintenance done at Freightliner Gaffney or Newmar Nappanee. Coach is ready to go and a sale at asking price will include 2026 chassis service at Freightliner Gaffney. Open to delivery and training for a new to Class A camper. Under exclusionary service plan until March 30, 2026, Roadside Assistance until March 30, 2028.

There is plenty of information on line regarding the New Aire, so I will only say that I view 2020 as the best year as it is last pre-covid year with many nice upgrades and before any of the Winnebago lifestyle changes. For us, the benefits of the 3541 include:
  - Split bath, which is a big benefit in single bath coach
  - Full sized sleeper couch with 2 ottomans
            Allows me to rest/sleep in front of the coach while my wife drives
            Full size air mattress for guests (visits by our adult son)
  - Ottomans are awesome for watching TV and provide extra storage
  - Large dual pantry

All the common New Aire repair items addressed:
  - Rear HVAC fixed plenum installed by Newmar
  - Dash smart monitor installed by FL
  - DEF header replaced by FL
  - Dryer motor replaced by Newmar
  - Windows tested, 3 replaced by NIRVC / Newmar

Ongoing preventative maintenance items include servicing HVAC, HWH hydraulic system, Oasis, slide outs, jacks, inspection of roof, drains and windows, new front tires and tire pressure sensors, chassis and house batteries, SilverLeaf upgrade, renew of wet bay with new shower, fresh water hose and Sanicon hose. Critical spare parts included; DEF simulator, Sanicon hose, fresh water pump, engine belts, fuel and water seperator filters, windshield wipers, etc.
