A 45-gallon fresh water tank, a new 10 cu ft residential fridge & Freezer, and features like an aerodynamic front, enclosed underbelly (Climate Package), and standard KZ Advantage/Convenience packages. This 2019 K-Z Sportsmen Fifth Wheel 231RK is a top-of-the-line recreational trailer/home. It is spacious and well equipped. It is in very good condition inside and out...All systems functional. New roof sealant applied in fall of 2023, no leaks (roof or slider). Tires look good. Insulated for winter weather. It has a very large motorized awning providing ample shade on sunny days. It provides all the nicer amenities you need but in a smaller, lighter, more compact easily towed package (GVWR of 7,000 lbs).

It has a well-appointed living/dinette area (bench seats double as a secondary sleeping area for guests). The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with all the necessary comforts including a new full sized refrigerator with top freezer (110V, no inverter), a 3 burner stove with oven, microwave. It has an L shaped sink/countertop for meal preparation, and plenty of adjacent storage space for your cooking essentials

In the slider area are 2 very large comfortable recliner chairs (versus the standard couch) that top off a cozy and inviting viewing area. Above the dining table, facing the recliners, is a 42inch Samsung HD TV with Bose sound bar, and separately, an integral audio system for entertainment with speakers inside and outside.

It has an amazingly efficient forced air propane heater which ensures a comfortable environment in the cold. It also has a working single roof air conditioning unit that keeps the inside cool on hot days. .

Up 2 stairs, beyond a sliding privacy door, is the cozy Bedroom/Bathroom area which offers a peaceful retreat; with a very comfortable Queen bed (with storage area underneath), and ample overhead storage for your belongings including two side closets with hangers. By the shower is an attractive crescent shaped shower, a sink and mirror, and beyond is a separate ventilated toilet room.

There also is a creatively designed accordion-curtain divider which can be closed for shower/bathroom privacy should you have guests.

Outside: In addition to large under storage bins/areas, and area night lighting, there is at the
rear, an additional folding rack system for carrying large bulky items (generators, bikes, trunks, etc.). It has an upgraded Sidewinder hitch, and a no-maintenance solar charged Lithium-ion 12 volt coach battery.
