Custom Solar Equipped Travel Trailer ready for full time travels. Original owner that upgraded this trailer for personal full time living. Back surgery in 2024 and subsequent recovery has compromised my ability to travel by myself in my RV. This is a pre-COVID unit that I customized for easy set-up and off-grid camping when desired. The trailer has been upgraded with Lipperts Ground Control TT self leveling system for self leveling while utilities are being connected. I also installed MORryde's independent suspension with 7000 lb axles and Hydrastar disc brakes. The hubs were upgraded from five lugs to six lugs included new heavier rated rims and H rated tires installed 12/2023 (less than 5000 miles on tires). Exterior upgrades include MORryde folding steps and storage box under steps, MORryde slide out tray in main storage compartment, Upgraded rear bumper with three 2" hitch receivers and duel sewer storage, custom generator storage box for generator mounted to rear bumper, flagpole receivers (one setup for Starlink (starling equipment available if interested), tire pressure sensor system, rear camera, ProPride anti-sway hitch, and wind deflector to protect solar panels. Two 40# aluminum propane tanks with Topeka tank sensors. There is a new electric awning with LED lights added to dining room slide out and a new electric awning with LED lights to replace the existing awning. The solar system includes over 3300 watts of solar panels, six 24 volt 100 amp SOK lithium batteries, two Victron MultiPlus 24/3000/70, two Victron Smart Solar Charge Controller MPPT150/70 , two Victron Linx Distributor 1000 DC, Victron Cerbo GX, Victron Orion-Tr Smart 24/12-30 (coverts 24V to 12V to charge two deep cell batteries that control all 12 Volt systems, and Victron GX Touch 70 control panel. This system will operate the entire trailer including washer dryer, microwave and AC units. The roof top AC units were removed for maximum solar panels and the HVAC system was upgraded with an LG mini-split (mounted on rear bumper) and two ceiling cassettes. This system is very quiet and super efficient. The system heats and cools the entire RV. The Victron GX Touch 70 also monitors all black and gray water and fresh water tanks via the Mopeka tank monitor system. The interior upgrades include custom cabinetry to accommodate the solar equipment and additional counter space, a larger custom island with additional drawers and storage, a banquet with drawer storage at dining table, hidden storage behind fireplace, an upgraded recliner with stationary side table with drawers (can be removed for traditional theater seating), upgraded TV with soundbar, washer/dryer combo, and grab bars in the shower.
