Full disclosure:
Two items that we are aware of:
1) the motor for the pop out needs to be replaced. Currently we use the manual hand crank which works perfectly for us. We purchased a new motor, but cannot find anyone in Show Low to do the service and replace it.

Show Low is a small town not a lot of amenities so weve been making do but we do have the new motor that we paid $800 for for you.
2) the only other issue that we are aware of is the hydraulic jack leaks has a small leak and leaks the hydraulic fluid. All we do now is replace the fluid as needed. But obviously that would need attention.
