RV Description
One-owner Thor Tuscany XTE 40BX factor ordered new in 2016.
The Good:
Runs good, drives good, shifts good
No leaks of any kind
Roof in good condition with no leaks
All slide toppers in good condition
Batteries 2 years old
Tires 4 years old
Both A/C's work as they should
Both furnaces work as they should
All instruments work
No issues with the generator
All appliances work as they should
Washer and dryer work as they should
All furniture replaced in 2023
All electronics work as they should
The Bad:
Crack lower center in windshield that has no effect on driving
One side camera fuzzy
Rubber weather stripping on one side of large slide out loose
Crack in one bunkroom door
One electric motor on rear slide currently needs replaced
Outside Luggage compartment floor material has some warping
Discoloration of protective film on the front cap
Minor damage to driver's side storage compartment door and trim above door
Moderate scrapes on passenger's side middle luggage compartment door
Miscellaneous minor scratches, dings throughout
We have enjoyed this RV for 10 years so it has been used.
