RV Description
My trailer is in super condition! I have worked to keep it nice and maintained since buying it in 2020. I am the 3rd owner and have loved using it when I could get away and hit the road. These last two years I've only been able to make one trip and at 73 I think it's time to let her go.
I replaced the manual jack with an electric (maybe in 2023?), last spring I bought a new deep cycle battery and brand new air conditioning unit (just to be sure that both were good to go for me to stay in the trailer for a couple months). I also replaced the kitchen faucet set as it was getting leaky. The tires literally have one trip on them and I've kept them covered and the trailer elevated so as to protect them. Always greased the wheel bearings and replaced them a couple of years back. The exterior has been waxed although the front side has faded some and I applied rv roof coating last year to avoid that leaking which it has never done.
Each fold-out has a queen mattress and I added extra padding which really made a big comfy difference. That layout worked really well when friends traveled with me...we'd each have our own roomy room! The couch and the kitchen table can make 2 additional smaller sleep spots if you need that. The 3 burner stove/oven together with the microwave makes cooking anything possible. I did full Thanksgiving in there one year! The bathroom is good although I usually only used the toilet and would shower in the campground facilities...but it all works fine either way. (Bathroom exhaust fan squeals sometimes). The two pull down window shades could use attention. I can close them but they no longer like to stay up so I added a couple plastic c-clamps to hold them. I guess the last thing is that the lower kitchen cabinet doors liked to shake loose going down the road, so I removed them as I was tired of screwing them back on. They are still there and go with the trailer but are not attached. The shelves are therefore just open and worked fine.
The trailer comes with a stabilizer you can add for high wind mountainous treks, a canvas cover (with a small rip in it but still good) and two spare tires. As I said above, she has been a joy and still has a lot of life left to offer.
