Condition
- Overall very good
- Some minor scrapes, dents, and rock chips on the outside.
- Canvas is good with no mildew or rips. Two of the window zippers are broken, but they stay in place with velcro. One small hole in a screen has been thoughtfully patched.
- Tires are good
- Front door dead bolt only operates from the inside.
- All systems/electronics/plumbing are working as they should.
