Were in our 80s, and weve decided reluctantly - to forgo future camping. So, if you are looking for a reliable, smooth-running/riding RV, our much-loved Renegade is the one.
This 2014 Renegade Villagio 25HAB is a luxury Class C diesel motorhome built on the dependable Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 chassis and powered by a fuel-efficient 3.0L V6 BlueTEC turbo diesel engine. The Rev group, which builds the Renegade, is known for quality, attention to detail and craftsmanship; and they determined to build a great vehicle that would compete with comparable brands like Newmar and Leisure.
Measuring about 25 feet, this coach has a comfortable, spacious interior that features a flexible queen bed/sofa for sleeping. Were including a luxury foam mattress that we used and enjoyed every restful night.
Inside, you'll find rich hardwood cabinetry, LED lighting, a fully equipped galley with solid-surface countertops, a 2-burner cooktop, convection microwave, and a 7-cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer. Interior storage is abundant and includes a large cabinet-faced area over the cab.
The fully enclosed bathroom contains a huge wardrobe, a step-in shower with a skylight, a toilet, sink, and vanity. The living room features a new 32-inch flat-screen TV with surround sound that is satellite ready. Climate control is handled by a 13.5K BTU roof A/C and propane furnace. With full-body paint, a power awning, ample exterior storage, and a 5,000 lb towing capacity, the Villagio 25HAB is ideal for travelers who want a premium, maneuverable motorhome that doesnt compromise on features or comfort.
We have frequently used this vehicle for boondocking, which is easy with the Cummins propane generator. We often pull into a Cracker Barrel Restaurant, start the generator, extend the slide, turn on the TV, prepare dinner and then sleep comfortably on the queen-size bed.
