These Mechanical and other replaced items include, New in 2024 Chassis Batteries, New in 2025 AGM House Batteries, 2 new Dometic A/C units in 2024, 2 New Front Steer Michelin Tires in 2025, New DEF Head Assy in 2024, New Sani-Con in 2025. Ceiling LEDs burned out have been repaired in 2025. All Maintenance including oil & filter changes, Generator, Chassis Lubrication have been performed annually and service records are available.

When not in use this Beautiful London AIRE was in a climate controlled indoor storage facility and always plugged into 50 Amp Service. Washed and Waxed twice yearly by a professional service provider and I personally washed the coach 4-5 times a year.
